The market is hot. We here every day lot of people loosing jobs. Most of them are in Investment and banking fields and ofcourse IT is always there. But still i feel there are lot of opening for sales and marketing executives. Many young graduates are not inclined to do sales jobs since they feel they are high pressure jobs where they have to achieve targets month after month and should be on field every day. What are the other options available for these young fresh graduates who are in lakhs. Government cannot provide jobs to every one at the maximum Central Government, All state Governments, Public Sector Banks, Other Public sector organisations can provide say 5 lakh new jobs a year. But there will be 10 times more people looking for jobs every year. Where they will get the jobs. There are call centres and Software companies. What is the long term prospect of a call centre executive. How many years one can work in the night shifts and what are the growth opportunities in that sector. After 2 years, 3 years or 5 years what will be the future, where they end are there any career growth opportunities in those sectors. What is the salaries for the 5 years experienced call centre executives. They are good only for the freshers, since the entry level salaries are high, but over the period of two years theur salaries stagnate and others who started careers in sales start getting much better salaries and are on high growth career path.
When one issue a advertisement for sales job very few applications are recieved and if ad is for call center job there will be thousands of applications. There are lot of opening in sales jobs so go in to the high career jobs instead of other jobs.

Telemarketing

There are lot of opportunities for telemarketing jobs. All Insurance Companies, Private Sector Banks, MNC Banks, Real Estate Companies, Telecom Companies are looking for Telecallers to sell their services and products thriugh tele marketing. Data is very important for telecalling job. If one is having a qulified data then it is very easy to reach the customer. So most of the companies are depending on telecallers to sell or cross sell their products and services.
Telecallers should have good communication skills, patience and should be self motivated. They should be able to do work for the entire day with good enthusiasm.
Candidates looking for telecaller jobs should keep in mind it is a Sales job, their will be target pressures and other work related pressures, they should be prepared for it. If one is ready to take the challenge it is a very rewarding and challenging job.

Safe Jobs

There is job cuts every where. Open the paper you see people loosing jobs. Software Professionals, Financial specialists, Technical personnel working for Airways, Insurance professionals, BPO employees list is very big. The only exception saw is marketing professionals. Nobody are touching them. They are more precious now in this turbulent time. Companies are looking to them for growth and more business. So freinds we are in the best of the professions. We can change the world. We can bring back the glory of the market.

India is the only country where there is increase in jobs. In a survey done recently 95 % of the companies are recruiting more staff. The salaries are high, even after the recent revision of pay commission salaries of government employees increased drastically. With so much of disposable income, more jobs, more investments in india, more outsourcing works coming to india.. India is definitely shining.
